LOWERTOWN TATTOO

We are veteran tattooers who were looking to create a clean, safe, supportive, non-toxic, environment for artists and clients alike. We wanted to offer artists lower than average rent to support the growth and stability of working artists. Spending less on shop rent per month can mean our artists can now afford adequate health insurance, child care, housing or work towards a retirement plan. 

When we found the space we saw the potential for a small shop with the artists in mind.  In the historical and immaculately restored  Northwestern building, located in the creative arts district in downtown Saint Paul she found that perfect space.  Lowertown, Saint Paul has transformed over the years into a vibrant, exciting area filled with artists, creatives, and startups. This low-key studio style, appointment based space offers a place for artists to work comfortably, promote their art participating in the Saint Paul Art Crawl and Lowertown First Fridays while offering a close knit sense of community for artists of all mediums.
